Paula Kearney

Paula advises on commercial conveyancing and leases with a focus on buying and selling domestic properties, she drafts Wills and deals with estate administration and Powers of Attorney.

Victor Sefton

Victor acts on behalf of a number of major property developers in connection with housing developments, commercial property developments, contract, leases, the Business Tenancies (NI) Order 1996, Landlord and Tenant issues and dilapidation claims.

Laura Collins
Laura Collins

Laura works in the Litigation department of Kearney Sefton. She acts for clients in various sectors including professional services, insurance and private clients.  She deals with personal injury/damage claims arising from road traffic accidents and employer’s liability, recovery for insurance companies and general litigation.
Judith McConnell

Judith specialises in all aspects of personal injury litigation at both County Court and High Court level, having worked extensively in the areas of employer’s liability, public liability and road traffic accident claims - with a particular interest in credit hire litigation. Judith also advises and represents insurers in relation to recovery actions and defence litigation as well as private clients in relation to clinical negligence, family and employment matters.
Alastair Ditty

Alastair works as part of the property team at Kearney Sefton. He deals with a full range of commercial and residential property matters. In addition, he has considerable experience in the energy sector and property finance.
Catherine Magee

Catherine deals with Plaintiff Litigation. She handles a full caseload of road traffic accident cases and has knowledge and practical experience in personal injury and credit hire claims. She also deals with high value litigation cases, liaising with barristers and clients both in the office and attending Court. She has a particular interest in medical negligence and is currently developing her expertise in this area.
